Construction continues to progress steadily at The Meadows, with notable advancement across multiple homes on site.

Structural work has now moved forward significantly, with precast beam and block floors installed across all properties and superstructure build complete on several units. Roofing works have commenced, with roof trusses and structural steelwork now in place. First fix joinery has started internally, including the installation of staircases, which is helping to shape the internal layouts. Window installations are due to commence mid–late August.
