Construction continues at pace at The Meadows – our boutique 8-home development nestled in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

June marked the halfway point in the build programme, with significant structural and infrastructure milestones achieved across the site. The full development now has foundations and precast floors in place, and roofing structures are beginning to take shape on the first homes. Superstructure stonework and blockwork continues to rise, showcasing the timeless architecture at the heart of the scheme.

Progress has also been made on road infrastructure, with tarmac laid and drainage works completed on the second phase access road – improving overall access across the site and marking another key step forward.
