April Progress at The Meadows, Langho

The Meadows, our boutique 8-home development in Langho, has made excellent headway across the last few weeks - both structurally and operationally.

✔️ Foundations and substructure brickwork are now complete on Plots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8.
✔️ Precast beam and block floors have been installed on these same plots.
✔️ Superstructure stonework and blockwork (including artstone) are ongoing on Plots 1 and 8.
✔️ Phase 2 of the road is progressing with kerb installation, road drainage (gullies, manholes, pumping station), and base tarmac prep.
✔️ The sales unit has been installed, fully fitted, and is now open to the public.
✔️ Scaffold to Plot 1 begins w/c 5th May, with first joists following the week after.
✔️ Roof trusses to be installed on Plot 8 (the dormer bungalow) w/c 19th May.
