May Progress at The Meadows

As we approach the halfway point in the build programme at The Meadows, visible progress continues across site – reflecting the momentum and quality behind this thoughtfully designed rural development.

Set within the sought-after village of Langho in the Ribble Valley, The Meadows brings together timeless architecture, community connection, and the beauty of its natural surroundings. May saw key milestones reached across the development, moving us closer to our targeted Winter 2025 completion.

Drainage and tarmac installation were completed on the second phase of the access road, significantly improving site access. Foundations and precast floors have now been installed across the majority of plots, while superstructure stonework and blockwork continue to rise steadily. Roofing works have also now commenced – marking an exciting shift as the first homes begin to take shape above ground.

With several homes already reserved and interest continuing to build, The Meadows is on track to become a vibrant new community in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
