A 27-Home Development is Coming to Cheadle

We are excited to share that Alderley Homes is preparing to launch a new residential scheme in Cheadle Royal, a sought-after suburb in Greater Manchester.

The proposed development will deliver 27 new homes, thoughtfully designed within a well-connected and desirable location. Planning is currently in progress, and - pending anticipated approval - we aim to commence construction in November 2025, with completion expected in 2027.

Further details will be shared in due course, including planning updates, site plans, and house type information, as we gear up for launch later this year.
