August Progress Video of The Meadows

Significant build progress has been made at The Meadows throughout the month, with several homes now advancing into internal works.

Roofing structures are now complete on multiple homes, including insulation and battening layers in place ahead of tiling. Inside, framing has progressed with first fix joinery and staircase installations well underway. Across the more advanced homes, walls are now fully up on both floors, while architectural details such as fireplaces and internal openings are taking shape. External stonework has commenced, giving early glimpses of the development’s character, and scaffolding has started to come down on selected units.

The project remains on schedule for completion by Winter 2025 / early 2026, with momentum continuing across site.
